Why Do I Get a 422 Error When Trying to Schedule a Test?

Overview

If you are trying to schedule a test and get a 422 error, this means you have deleted all test price options. Syncta needs at least one default test price in the system that can be selected when scheduling a test. This example on the Schedule Tests page shows the Price dropdown list with no available test price options.  

If you click Schedule Tests and do not have any test prices set up, you will see the following error.


Add a Test Price

If you receive the 422 error, make sure that you have at least one test price set up on the Manage Company Test Prices page.

1. Select Administration from the navigation menu, and then select Test Prices

2. If there are no test prices in the Test Price List, click Add Test Price. See our article about adding a new test price to learn more. 

3. Once you've added a test price, you can schedule tests a usual. See our article about scheduling a test to learn more.

This example on the Schedule Tests page shows the Price dropdown list with two test price options.
