If you need to resend an emailed PDF of a test report to a customer, start by locating the correct Customer page.
1. In the Completed section, locate the device related to the test that you want to resend to a customer. If this customer is associated with multiple devices or is a parent customer, you can select devices individually or all of them.
2. Do one of the following:
- If you want to resend one test report, click the Arrow icon next to the device for which you want to resend the report. When the popup message appears, click OK. A confirmation message similar to the one at the bottom of this article appears.
- If you want to resend several test reports, select the checkbox next to each device for which you want to resend a report; you can also select the checkbox at the top of the list to select all devices at once.
3. Click Send Selected Reports to resend the test reports to the customer(s).
You receive a confirmation message at the top of the Customer page that the test reports were sent successfully.
