Syncta offers annual and monthly subscription plan options.
Annual Plans
You can have as many testers on a plan as you want. The Unlimited plan allows for unlimited testers at no additional cost. On the annual Per Tester plan, you can add as many testers as you want, at $99 per month per tester (billed annually). On the annual Unlimited plan, you can add unlimited testers, at $549 per month (billed annually). See our article about what's in each of Syncta's plans to learn more.
If you select a plan and enter credit card information, we will not bill you until your trial period is over.
If your trial ends in the middle of the month, you will be pro-rated for the rest of the month and the rest of the year. Moving forward, you will be billed annually for the next year of service on your renewal date each year.
IMPORTANT! By selecting a plan and entering your credit card, you have enrolled in a Syncta subscription plan and authorize Watts to charge your credit card or debit card on file when your free trial ends at the discounted amount and period agreed to, if any, and then annually thereafter at the current list price, plus applicable sales tax, unless you cancel services.
A full refund of an annual charge can only be issued if your request to cancel service was received on or before the 14th day after the charge was processed; there are no refunds after that. See our article about canceling your service to learn more.

Monthly Plans
You can have as many testers on a plan as you want. The Per Test and Unlimited plans allow for unlimited testers at no additional cost. On the monthly Per Tester plan, you can add as many testers as you want, at $125 per month per tester. On the monthly Unlimited plan, you can add unlimited testers, at $649 per month. If you select a plan and enter credit card information, we will not bill you until your trial period is over.
