Turning On or Off the Parent Customer Notification Setting

How to turn this setting on or off for each notification batch

For each notification batch you create, you can decide whether or not you want related parent customers to also receive these notifications. To begin, you will create a notification batch as you normally would.

1. Select Notifications from the navigation menu.

2. In the Pending Notifications section, click +Notification Batch in the top right corner.

3. On the Create Notification Batch page, do one of the following:

  • If you have parent customers and do not want them to receive notifications, check the Ignore Parent Customers box.

  • If you only want parent customers to receive notifications, check the Parent Only box.

  • If you want all customers to receive notifications, leave both of these boxes unchecked.

4. Continue creating your notification batch as usual. Depending on the parent customer setting you selected, the parent customers for this batch will either receive or not receive notifications.
