On a Customer page, tests that have not been submitted are either in the Scheduled section or the In Progress section. We explain below what causes a test to go into one section versus the other.

Scheduled Tests
If a test is not on a route or it is on a route in "Preparation" status (not marked ready to test), it will display in the Scheduled section.

In Progress Tests
If a test is on a route and the status is "Ready" to test, it will display in the In Progress section.

NOTE: Tests that are in Pending Review or Pending Submission will also be in the In Progress section.
