Viewing Sent Notifications

How to view sent notifications by notification batch, customer, service location or assembly

Overview

There are several different ways that you can view sent notifications. Click on any of the following links to go directly to the applicable section in this article:

These options are described below.


View Sent Notifications By Batch

1. Select Notifications from the navigation menu.

2. On the Notifications page, scroll to the Completed Notifications section at the bottom of the page; click the arrow on the right to expand it.

3. Click Details next to the notification batch that you want to view.

The Notifications page shows all of the customers in this notification batch.


View Sent Notifications By Customer

1. Open the Customer page related to the sent notifications that you want to view.

2. At the top of the Customer page, click Show Notifications in the Customer Stats section.

The Notifications page shows all of the notifications that have been created and sent for the assemblies of this customer.


View Sent Notifications By Service Location

1. Open the Customer page related to the sent notifications that you want to view.

2. Scroll to the service location address related to the notifications you want to view, and then click Show.

On the service location page for this customer, scroll to the Notifications section, which shows all of the notifications that have been created and sent for assemblies at this service location.


View Sent Notifications By Assembly

1. Click in the Search area at the top of any page in Syncta.

2. Enter the serial number of the assembly related to the sent notifications you want to view, and then press [Enter] on your keyboard.

3. On the Search page, click the blue link of the assembly.

4. On the Assembly page for this customer, scroll to the Notifications section to view all notifications that have been created and sent for this assembly.
