When you first logged into the submission portal, you probably used the temporary password that was in the email invitation you received from the water purveyor. We suggest changing this password to something that you will easily remember when logging into the portal moving forward.
1. On the Dashboard of the submission portal, click the person icon in the top right corner.
2. Click Manage profile and Password.
3. Select the Password tab.
4. Enter your New Password, and then enter it again in the two fields below to confirm it.
5. Click Save to save your changes.
