This article shows technicians how to check for messages from a testing company as part of their daily routine before testing.

NOTE: Can you only view messages if your testing company uses the Routes feature.

1. Select Appointments from the navigation menu, and then select My Day.

2. The Appointments page defaults to today's date. To see messages for another date, click the < > arrows at the top of the page.

3. Once you make note of the message, you can close this page and begin your day.
