1. Select Administration from the navigation menu, and then select Company Options

2. On the Manage Company page, scroll to the Company Options section.
3. Select Yes from the Email Customer Reports dropdown list. 

4. Click Update Company to save the updated information.

Now, when you submit backflow test reports to water purveyors, a customer will also receive a copy of their backflow report form if they have an email associated with their account.
