Overview of Syncta Plans

All of Syncta's plans include a set number of tests, standard features, and a certain number of add-on features. The standard and add-on features are described below.
 

Standard Features

All plans include these standard features:

  • Electronic submissions
  • Mobile device access
  • Email, chat, and phone support
  • Data analytics

Add-On Features

The number of add-on features included in each plan are described in the plan overviews below. Syncta's add-on features are: 

  • Notifications (send bulk emails or generate mail merge files)
  • Invoicing
  • Routing
  • Customer Portal
  • SynctaOne
  • QuickBooks Integration
  • Work Orders & Quotes

Note: You must have Invoicing in order to use QuickBooks Integration and/or Work Orders.

Limited Plan Overview

The Limited Plan costs $29 per month, includes 25 tests per month, all standard features, and allows you to choose one add-on feature at no additional cost.
Note: You can select additional add-on features for $10 each per month.

If you exceed the 25-test limit, you will be charged an overage fee of $0.75 per test. 

Complete Plan Overview

The Complete Plan costs $69 per month, includes 75 tests per month, all standard features, and allows you to choose four add-on features at no additional cost.
Note: You can select additional add-on features for $10 each per month.

If you exced the 75-test limit, you will be charged an overage fee of $0.50 per test.

Pro Plan Overview

The Pro Plan costs $139 per month, includes 275 tests per month, all standard and all add-on features. 

If you exceed the 275-test limit, you will be charged an overage fee of $0.35 per test.
