To ensure that your invoices will be billed correctly, we do not save invalid credit cards on Customer pages.
Note: For security purposes, we do not store credit card information directly in Syncta. Stripe is an online payment processor that processes and stores this information. Click here for more information about Stripe.
If a card has an incorrect number, an error message appears below the card information. Make sure the card number matches what is typed into Syncta.
If a card has an invalid CSV number, Syncta will return the error "Your card's security code is incorrect."
To remedy these errors, make sure that the credit card number, expiration date, and CSV number are all accurate.
