Syncta gives testing companies two different ways to schedule tests, depending on how you run your business. This article describes each option so you can choose which one works best for you. The choice comes down to whether you schedule your daily routine using timed appointments or if you set an amount of work to be completed each day.

NOTES

  • The Appointments feature is only available for testing companies.

  • You can use routes or appointments, but not both!

Routes

If you schedule your tester's daily routine based on a set amount of work to be completed each day, use the Routes feature.

Appointments

If you schedule your tester's daily routine based on timed appointments set up on a calendar, use the Appointments feature. This can include tests scheduled at specific times, as well as any appointments that aren't related to a test.
