Test reports can be submitted to water purveyors electronically via email or SynctaOne, via fax, or they can be printed and mailed. 

Submit a Test Report Via Email or SynctaOne

1. On the Dashboard, click Tests Ready to Submit in the Submissions section.

2. On the Submit Tests to Water Purveyors page, select the test reports you want to submit in the Tests to be submitted section. 

3. Click Submit Email or Submit SynctaOne to automatically submit test reports.
4. To view recently submitted test reports, scroll to the Submission History section at the bottom of the page.

Submit a Test Report Via Fax

1. On the Dashboard, click Tests Ready to Submit in the Submissions section.

2. On the Submit Tests to Water Purveyors page, select the test reports you want to submit in the Tests to be submitted section. 

3. Click Submit Fax to begin sending the fax.

The following message indicates that the fax request is being processed. 

4. To view the status of a faxed test report, scroll to the Submission History section at the bottom of the page.

Print a Test Report and Mail a Hard Copy

1. On the Dashboard, click Submissions to Print in the Submissions section.

2. On the Submit Tests to Water Purveyors page, scroll to the Paper Submissions Pending Mailing section and click the PDF for the test you want to print. 

3. Print the test report and mail it as usual.
4. Click Mark Mailed to indicate that this test report has been submitted to the water purveyor. 

5. To view recently submitted test reports, scroll to the Submission History section at the bottom of the page.
