While you can use Syncta in any internet browser, we recommend using Google Chrome to achieve the best results. Use the following instructions to clear your cache in Google Chrome.
1. With Google Chrome open, click the three dots in the top right corner.
2. Select More tools, and then Clear browsing data.
3. In the Clear browsing data window, do the following:
a. Time range: Select the time range at least 24 hours before your issue began.
b. Cookies and other site data: Select this checkbox.
4. Click Clear data to clear your cache.
