Overview
Admin and Office users can schedule assemblies that are due to be tested and add them to a route. Tests are commonly scheduled on the Upcoming Tests and Search pages. Click on the desired link to go to the applicable section below:
Schedule Tests from the Upcoming Tests Page
1. Select Tests, and then Upcoming Tests.
2. Select the following filters as desired:
Water Purveyor: Select a specific purveyor from the dropdown list or leave blank to select all purveyors.
Next Test Due Date: This field defaults to the upcoming 30 days. Use the dropdown list to choose a different range.
Last Notified Between: To filter by the date range during which notifications were sent, enter those dates here.
Last Notification Sent: To filter by a specific notification that was sent, select an option from the dropdown list; leave blank to include all notifications.
Tests Per Page: We recommend selecting 500 to ensure that all results are displayed on one page.
Test Yearly: Select Yes or No from the dropdown list; leave blank to include all. This field references the Test Yearly setting on the Customer page. It can be used to locate customers on your annual testing program. See our article about the Test Yearly checkbox to learn more.
NOTE: This field will only appear for testing companies.
Notification Month: Select a notification month or leave this blank to include all months.
3. If you are water purveyor, select a Location Type as desired.
4. Click Refresh.
5. Do one of the following:
a. Click the Records From All Pages box at the bottom of the page to schedule
tests for all assemblies on all pages.
b. Click the Select All On This Page to schedule tests only on the current page.
c. Click the box next to each assembly record to schedule tests for specific
assemblies.

6. Click Schedule Selected at the bottom of the page.
7. On the Multiple Tests page, fill in the following as desired:
Commit Date: Select the date you want to schedule selected tests.
Internal Comment: Add internal comments as needed.
Set Tester for All: To use the same tester on all tests, select their name from the dropdown list; leave blank to choose a tester for each test.
Set Route for All: To set the same route for all tests, select the route name from the dropdown list; leave blank to choose a route for each test.
8. Fill in the following information for each test as desired:
Price: Select a price from the dropdown list.
NOTE: This field will only appear for testing companies.
Tester: Select a tester's name from the dropdown list.
Route: Select a route name from the dropdown list.
NOTE: This option will only appear if you have the Routes feature. See our article about the Routes page to learn more.
9. Click Schedule Tests.
Schedule Tests From the Search Page
1. Click in the Search area at the top of any page in Syncta.
2. On the Search page, select Assemblies from the Results Type dropdown list.
3. If you have a lot of records, we suggest selecting 500 from the Results Per Page dropdown list.
4. Select the desired date range from the Next Test Due Date dropdown list.
5. If you are water purveyor, select a Location Type as needed.
6. Select other filters as desired and then click Refresh.
7. Do one of the following:
a. To schedule tests for specific assemblies, click the box next to each assembly
record.
b. To schedule tests for all assembly records on all pages, click Select Assemblies
From All Pages.
8. Click Schedule Tests For Selected Assemblies.
9. Follow steps 7-9 of the previous section to fill in the Schedule Tests page.
