When a backflow test is performed on an assembly at a child customer's location, a test report PDF is created. 

When the test report is submitted to the water purveyor, an emailed copy of the test report will be sent to any email associated with it. Both the parent and child customer receive the report, as well as any email on the assembly or service location.
