Test reports can be submitted to water purveyors electronically via email or fax, or they can be printed and mailed.Β

NOTE: If you submit to a purveyor that also uses Syncta, you can submit to them directly using a submission method called SynctaOne. For more information, please contact us using the Chat feature in the app.

Use the following instructions to submit test reports to a water purveyor.

1. Click Tests Ready to Submit on the Dashboard.

The Submit Tests to Water Purveyors page opens with each purveyor submission section collapsed. This is done to prevent timeout issues for submission batches that have a large number of tests. All tests in a submission batch are automatically selected.

2. Do one of the following:

3. To see tests in a specific submission batch, click the arrow on the right side of the Tests to be submitted section to expand it.

4. All tests in the submission batch are automatically selected and 25 records display by default. To view and submit up to 200 tests at once, select the number of records you want to submit from the View dropdown list. This example submission batch has 31 records, so we'd recommend selecting 50 records.

NOTE: If you have more than 25 records and don't increase the number of records to view, only 25 records will be submitted when you click the Submit button. The remaining tests in the submission batch will stay on this page until you submit them.

5. If you do not want to submit specific tests in this batch right now, click the box next to each test to de-select it. Any tests that you de-select will remain in this submission batch until you are ready to submit them.

6. When you're ready to submit the tests in this batch, click the Submit button.

When the batch has finished processing, a confirmation message appears at the top of the page and the submitted tests move to the Submission History section at the bottom of the page.

NOTE: If the submitted batch included a large number of tests, it could take a couple of minutes for the batch to finish processing. You do not have to stay on this page while this occurs.

If you submitted a paper batch, see our article about how to print tests reports and mail hard copies to the purveyor.
