Overview
If you have a mailing address that's different than the address where a backflow assembly is at, you can easily set up these addresses on a Customer page. Below is an example of where this information is on a Customer page.
Update the Mailing Address
1. Open the Customer page you want to update.
2. To edit the mailing (billing) address, click Edit in the Contact section near the top of the page.
3. Make any needed changes, and click Save Customer to update this customer's mailing address.
Update the Service Location Address
1. Open the Customer page you want to update.
2. Scroll until you find the service location (assembly) address that you want to update, and then click Edit.
3. Make any needed changes, and click Update Service location to update this customer's service location address.
