If a water purveyor rejects a test you submitted in their submission portal, you need to update the test information in their portal and resubmit it to them.

NOTE: You will receive an email with a direct link to review the rejected test submission(s); go to step 2 if you already clicked on this link.

1. On the Dashboard of the submission portal, click the Tests menu, and then select Rejected Tests

2. On the Rejected Test Submissions page, find the test you want to update and click Edit Results.

3. On the Perform Test page, make the requested changes, and then check the certification box at the bottom of the page.

4. Click Resubmit Test at the bottom of the page to resubmit this test to the water purveyor.

NOTE: If the purveyor charges to submit tests, you are not charged to submit any related retests or to resubmit rejected tests.

If the test was successfully resubmitted, you will see a confirmation message at the top of the page.
