Water purveyors can generate PDF test forms without scheduling a test from four different pages: Customer, Service Location, Search, and Upcoming Tests. Click the applicable link to go to the relevant section below:

1. Open the Customer page related to the test form(s) you want to generate as a PDF.

2. Scroll to a service location and select the assemblies you want to appear on test forms in this PDF. Repeat this step for each assembly that you want to appear on test forms this PDF.

3. When you're finished selecting assemblies, scroll to the bottom of the page and then click Download PDFs for Selected Assemblies.

When the PDF is generated, it will appear at the bottom of the window.

The PDF will automatically populate with the related customer, service location and assembly information, but the test results information will be blank.

1. Open the Customer page related to the test form(s) you want to generate as a PDF.

2. Scroll to the desired service location and click Show.

3. On this Service Location page, scroll to the Assemblies section, and then select the assemblies that you want to appear in this PDF.

4. When you're finished selecting assemblies, scroll to the bottom of the page and then click Download PDFs for Selected Assemblies.

When the PDF is generated, it will appear at the bottom of the window.

The PDF will automatically populate with the related customer, service location and assembly information, but the test results information will be blank. See the Customer Page section above for an example of the PDF.

1. Click the magnifying glass at the top of any page.

2. On the Search page, select Assemblies from the Results Type dropdown list.

3. Refine other search criteria as desired, and then click Refresh to view the results.

4. Select the assemblies that you want to appear in the PDF.

5. When you're finished selecting assemblies, scroll to the bottom of the page and then click Download PDFs for Selected Assemblies.

1. Select Tests from the navigation menu, and then select Upcoming Tests.

2. On the Upcoming Tests page, refine the search criteria as desired, and then click Refresh to view the results.

3. Select the assemblies that you want to appear in the PDF.

4. When you're finished selecting assemblies, scroll to the bottom of the page and then click Download PDFs for Selected Assemblies.

When the PDF is generated, it will appear at the bottom of the window.
