If you can login to Syncta and want to reset your password, follow the instructions below. If you cannot login to Syncta, see our article about what to do if you forget your password to learn more.
1. On any page of the app, click on your username in the top right corner, and then select My Profile.
2. On your user profile page, fill in the following:
New Password
New Password Confirmation
Current Password

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update User.
