If you want to archive a rejected test or a pending retest in a water purveyor's submission portal, use the following instructions.
Rejected Tests
1. On the Dashboard of the submission portal, click the Tests menu, and then select Rejected Tests.
2. On the Rejected Test Submissions page, find the test you want to archive and click the black Archive Test icon.
3. When the popup message appears, click OK.
A confirmation message that this test has been archived appears at the top of the page. This moves the test to the Test Submission History page.
Pending Retests
1. On the Dashboard of the submission portal, click the Tests menu, and then select Pending Tests.
2. Scroll to the Pending Retest section at the bottom of the Pending Tests page.
3. Find the test you want to archive and click the black Archive Test icon.
4. When the popup message appears, click OK.
A confirmation message that this test has been archived appears at the top of the page. This moves the test to the Test Submission History page.
