Overview
The Self Help tab in Syncta contains walk throughs that guide you through how to complete a task in real time. Depending on what device you use Syncta on, the Self Help tab might make it difficult to click on a specific button or link. You can either move this tab, or if you don't want to see it at all, you can hide it. This article explains how to do both.
NOTE: Only Admin users can edit other user profiles.
Move the Location of the Self Help Tab
If you don't like the current location of the Self Help tab, desktop users can move it to one of twelve locations. Simply hover your cursor over the tab until it turns into four arrows, and then drag it to any of gray rectangles to move it.
NOTE: You cannot move the Self Help tab in the mobile app. If you change the location on a desktop, it will still not change in the mobile app.
Hide the Self Help Tab
Each user in Syncta can control whether or not they want to see the Self Help tab. If you don't want to see it, follow these steps to hide it.
1. Select Administration from the navigation menu, and then select Users.
2. On the Manage Company Users page, click the Edit icon to open your user profile.
3. On the Your Settings page, uncheck the Self Help box.
4. Click Update User at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
The Self Help tab is no longer visible in the app.
