Overview

When you need a new test report form set up, you can email it as an attachment to support@syncta.com. We prefer a clean, clear form to create the best form for you to utilize, and we accept nearly any format. Let us know which water purveyor you’d like the form set up for.

We can set up unique individual water purveyor forms, as well as company-wide forms for multiple water purveyors. This can include unique fields and other elements on a report form, such as a watermark or stamp.

Once you email us a copy of the form, one of our team members will be in touch to let you know when the form will be finished.

Selecting a Test Report for a Water Purveyor

After you review and accept the new test report form, use the instructions below to select this report form for the related water purveyor.

NOTE: Only Admin/Office users can select a test report; however, all users can view a blank test report.

1. Select Administration from the navigation menu, and then select Water Purveyors.

2. On the Manage Water Purveyors page, click the Edit icon next to the water purveyor for whom you want to select the new test report form.

3. On the Edit Water Purveyor page, select the name of the Test Report Form for this purveyor from the dropdown list.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update Water Purveyor to save your changes.

Now, whenever testers test an assembly for this purveyor, the test report form you selected will be used for this purveyor.

NOTE: See our article about updating water purveyor information to learn more about all of the fields on this page.

View a Blank Test Report

You can view a blank copy of the new test report by clicking the PDF icon next to the assigned purveyor.

A blank copy of the test report for this purveyor opens in a new window; close the window to return to the Manage Water Purveyors page.
