Use the following instructions to edit a scheduled survey for a customer.

1. On a Customer page, scroll down to the Surveys section.
2. Find the survey you want to edit in any of the Surveys sections:

  • Pending Survey or Resurvey

  • Scheduled Surveys

  • Pending Review

  • Review Exception

3. Click the Edit Schedule icon next to the scheduled survey you want to edit.

4. Make any desired changes to the scheduled survey, and then click Save Schedule at the bottom of the page.
