In order for a user to conduct surveys as an inspector, water purveyors need to add a survey certification number and expiration date in their user profile.
NOTE: Only Admin users can add survey certification information for other users.
1. Click Administration in the left navigation menu, and then click Users.
2. Click the pencil icon to open the user profile related to the survey certification you want to add.
3. Scroll to the Testing Information section in the middle of the page and enter the following:
Default Survey Certification Number
Survey Certification Expiration Date
4. Click Update User at the bottom of the page.
This user can now be selected as an inspector to conduct surveys.
