If you are a water purveyor and have testers who use your submission portal, you can now view reports that show which users have expired tester certifications and expired gauge calibration dates. Each Excel report gives you the information you need to notify your external users about expired certifications and/or gauges.

First let's export a list of expired users.

1. Select Administration from the navigation menu, and then select External Users.

2. In the Expired Certification External Users section, click Export To Excel.

3. When the export is complete, the Excel file will appear at the bottom of the window.

The Excel file includes all of the relevant information about each submission user, including their certification expiration date.

NOTE: See our article about adding and updating external users to learn more.

4. Select Administration from the navigation menu again, and then select External Gauges.

5. In the Expired Calibration Gauges section, click Export To Excel.

6. When the export is complete, the Excel file will appear at the bottom of the window.

The Excel file includes all of the relevant information about each submission gauge, including the calibration expiration date.

NOTE: See our article about adding and updating external gauges to learn more.
