If you are trying to view a PDF of a test report or invoice in Syncta but can't, there could be a couple of reasons, which are listed below.
Issue: PDF icon doesn't appear on the Review Tests page
If you just completed the test, you might need to wait several minutes for the PDF to generate.
Issue: You click on the PDF icon, but the PDF isn't opening
If you're using Internet Explorer or Edge, see our article about viewing PDFs in Explorer for instructions about adding Syncta to your list of "trusted" sites, which then allows you to view PDFs.
Make sure that you are viewing Syncta in Google Chrome, which is optimized the support the PDF viewer.
If you are using Google Chrome and are still unable to open PDFs, try closing your browser completely and reopening it.
