New Geo Location Coordinates Reset Feature
If you use the geo location feature in Syncta, you may occasionally notice an incorrect customer address pin on the map. This occurs if the address in the geo-location company’s database is incorrect. Now, you can simply click Reset Geo Coordinates on any Customer page to update the address.
Upcoming Tests Can Now Be Filtered By Hazard Types
Water purveyors can now view upcoming tests by one or more hazard type. To learn more about the Upcoming Tests page, click here.
Survey Deficiency Comments Now Appear On Deficiencies Page
The Deficiencies page now shows any comments that were entered on the Survey Deficiencies page. This allows purveyors to quickly scan outstanding deficiencies to see what actions need to be taken to resolve each one. To learn more about resolving deficiencies, click here.
See Which Users Created Assemblies
Testing companies and purveyors can now track which users have created new assemblies in Syncta or via the submission portal. Simply open the related Assembly page to see the new Created By field.
