Different ways to conduct surveys on a route

Overview

There are two ways you can conduct surveys from the Routes page:

  • Test Now: Click to see surveys stop by stop. See Test Now below to learn more.

  • Show Route: Click to scroll through a list of all stops on one page. See Show Route below to learn more.

NOTE: Routes will show both tests and surveys on this route.


Test Now

1. Click Test Now to go to the On Route page, which lists all of the stops on this route.

2. Click Go to First Stop.

3. On the next On Route page, click Survey to conduct a survey. Enter survey results as you normally would. Repeat this step until you have conducted all surveys at this stop.

4. Click Go to next stop.

5. Repeat steps 3-4 until you have finished testing assemblies for this route.

6. Click Go To Final Review.

7. On the next Routes page, click Close Route.

NOTE: Mobile devices will show a trashcan icon.

8. Click OK in the popup window to continue.

This route will now be moved to the Completed Routes section on the Routes page.


Show Route

1. Click Show Route to go to the Route Overview page, which shows all of the stops on this route on one page.

2. On the Route page, scroll down to the first stop at which you want to conduct a survey.

3. Click Survey to conduct a survey. Enter survey results as you normally would, and then save. Repeat this step until you have conducted all surveys at this stop.

4. Scroll to the next stop and repeat step 3; do this until you have finished testing the entire route.
5. Click Close Route near the top of the page.

6. Click OK in the popup window to continue.

This route will now be moved to the Completed Routes section on the Routes page.
