Overview
There are two ways that you can view the email history for water purveyor submissions:
By checking the Submission History page for a particular water purveyor
By checking the submission history on the Customer or Assembly page for a specific test
Click on a link to go to the section below and learn more about viewing a purveyor's email history from a specific page.
View Email History from the Submission History Page
1. Select Administration from the navigation menu, and then select Water Purveyors.
2. On the Manage Water Purveyors page, click the See Water Purveyor Info icon.
3. On the next page, scroll to the Submission History section, and then click the arrow on the right side to expand it.
4. Find the email batch that you want to view and do one of the following:
To view information about this entire batch, including a list of each test, click the Details button. Go to the View Batch Details section below to continue.
To view the email history for each email sent in this batch, click the View Email History icon. Go to the View Email History for Each Email Sent section below to continue.
View Batch Details
This page shows information about a batch of email submissions, including the number of tests in the submission, when this batch was sent, if it was successful, and a list of each test in this submission.

View Email History for Each Sent Email
This page shows the email history and status for each email sent in this batch. You can quickly scan to see which ones have/have not been opened, which ones have bounced back, been blocked or dropped.

View Email History from a Customer or Assembly Page
1. Open the Customer or Assembly page for the related test report submission. In this example, we'll go to the Customer page.
2. Scroll to the Tests section on the Customer page with the test you want to view, and then click the arrow next to the Completed section to expand it.
NOTE: The Tests menu for purveyors contains some different options.
3. Find the test you want to view and click the Show Test Details icon next to it.
4. On the Test Information page, scroll to the Submissions to Water Purveyor section.
5. Find the email batch that you want to view and do one of the following:
To view information about this entire batch, including a list of each test, click the Details icon. Go to the View Batch Details section below to continue.
To view the email history for each email sent in this batch, click the View Email History icon. Go to the View Email History for Each Email Sent section below to continue.

This page shows information about a batch of email submissions, including the number of tests in the submission, when this batch was sent, if it was successful, and a list of each test in this submission.
