Users of a water purveyor's submission portal can make changes to their user record, which includes basic information such as name, phone number and address. Users can also upload their certification documentation, and update their certification number and certification date. Users can perform tests in the portal after updating their user information, but the purveyor still needs to review and approve any changes to their certification information.
1. Select Administration from the navigation menu, and then select External Users.
2. In the Changes Pending Review section, click Review Docs.
3. Review this user's updates, including their certification documentation, which can be accessed by clicking the View button at the top of the page.
4. When you're finished making changes, click Update and Approve at the bottom of the page.
