Latest Syncta Updates
Read below for more information about the recent updates we've made this quarter in Syncta. Click on any of the following links to go directly to the section in this article to learn more:
Test Validation Feature
After receiving input from many of our customers, we're excited to announce the release of our test validation feature! This new feature allows you to create test parameters for each assembly type, which will then be used to validate passing test results entered in Syncta and a water purveyor's submission portal. This helps ensure that testers enter more accurate results, and it saves you time when reviewing tests. Click here to learn more about how to activate and set up the test validation feature.
More Notification Filters on the Upcoming Tests Page
The Upcoming Tests page now allows you to search for notifications that were sent within a specified date range, as well as to select the last notification type that was sent. Click here for more information.
Notification Date Now Visible on Several Pages
If you specify a notification date in a notification batch, this date will now appear on the related Assembly, Service Location, and Customer Notifications pages. To learn more about notifications, click here.

New Filter on the Search Page
The Search page now has a filter that allows you to search for assemblies with tests that have not been scheduled yet. The new Remove Assemblies With Scheduled Test checkbox makes it easy to see which tests still need to be scheduled. Click here for more information about scheduling tests from the Search page.
Hiding Assemblies and Service Locations
in the Submission Portal
Purveyors who require testers to use their submission portal can now hide assemblies and service locations so they cannot be found when searching on the portal. To do this, simply check the box at the bottom of the applicable water purveyor page, and you're all set! Click here to learn more about updating a purveyor's information.
